Replacement Policy

At insideFPV, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to replace your drone. Please review our replacement policy outlined below:

  • Complaint Window: Replacements will only be accepted if the customer has raised a complaint ticket within 2 days of receiving the product. Any complaints received after this period will not be eligible for replacement.  
  • Eligibility Criteria:  The product will be eligible for the replacement under the following circumstances: If there is manufacturing defect or the product is damaged during transport, item mismatch or parts missing. The product should be accompanied by all original accessories and packaging while returning for replacement. 
  • Customer Responsibility for Damage: If the product is crashed or damaged by the customer, the customer will be responsible for bearing the service charge. This charge includes a convenience fee of Rs 700 plus 18% GST. If the return is initiated due to shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, InsideFPV Drone Company will cover all the cost.


Process for Replacement:

  • If the customer is eligible for replacement under our policy, please contact our customer service team within the specified complaint window.
  • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate the replacement process.
  • The customer is required to provide proof of damage/defect through photos/videos to our customer support team. 
  • Once your request is verified and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product


Replacement Authorization: Replacement requests will be subject to authorization by insideFPV. We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.

Refund Policy: Please note that replacements will be provided in the form of a replaced product or store credit, depending on availability and customer preference. Refunds will not be issued for eligible replacement requests.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the drone or any product bought from the store.

Return Policy

At InsideFPV Drone Company, we aim to provide our customers with the best products and services. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a product. Please review our return policy outlined below:


Eligible Reasons for Return:

The returns will be accepted only if the product is unavailable, with us. In case of manufacturing defects that will be decided by insideFPV to take a action on return or replacement.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with details of your order and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the return process.
  • You may be required to provide photographic evidence of any shipping damage or item mismatch for our records

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
  • A convenience charge of Rs 1000 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling fees.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.You can only cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. We will refund the 90% amount in 5-7 working days.

However, if the order has been shipped, then please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (upto 20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.This includes the shipping charges, packing charges and operation fees applied to your order.


  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or modified in any way.
  • Returns will not be accepted for clearance or discounted items, unless they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Authorization: All return requests are subject to authorization by InsideFPV Drone Company. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
