SHIPMENT
Can I register multiple complaints for defective products in a single order?
No, please register a single complaint for one or more defective products in your order. The return or replacement will be arranged only once for all reported issues.
What should I do if I receive a tampered or damaged shipment?
We strongly advise customers not to accept tampered or damaged shipments. If you encounter any issues, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support
immediately.
Is it possible to cancel my order once it's been placed?
No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
How does the shipping process work at insideFPV?
We ship all packages to the shipping agency, which then handles the courier delivery to the destination address. If you have specific requests for shipping, packaging, or courier options, please contact us via email before placing your order.
When will I receive my Tracking ID after placing an order?
A Tracking ID will be provided the next working day after your package has been shipped. You can use this ID to track your order through the shipping carrier's website.

Can I modify my order's shipping address after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once an order is confirmed. Please double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping information before completing the purchase.

Is there a warranty for products damaged during shipping?

Can I request a specific delivery time for my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests. The shipping carrier will deliver the package based on their standard delivery schedules.
Can I refuse a package if I notice any issues upon delivery?
Yes, if you notice any issues with the package upon delivery, such as tampering or damage, we recommend refusing the delivery. Please contact our customer support to report the issue and arrange for further assistance.
ORDER STATUS AND RETURNS
How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your insideFPV account and visit your order history. Each order will display its shipping status and provide a tracking link if available, based on your selected shipping methods.
What does it mean if my order status is "shipped" without a tracking link?
If your order status shows "shipped" without a tracking link, it means your order is packaged and will be shipped shortly. Tracking information may become available after the package has been dispatched.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped once it's placed?
While we aim to ship all in-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm IST on the same day, please plan for at least 1 business day from the order placement until it is shipped. Processing times may vary based on order volume.
When will confirmed orders be shipped?
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take 2-5 working days, but this may vary based on the customer’s location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier delivery times.
What is insideFPV's return policy?
insideFPV guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint kindly raise a ticket from the website by clicking on support page.
Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. insideFPV reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.
Can I return a product that has been opened or used?
No, if the product has been opened, used, or damaged, return options will not be offered. Please ensure the product is in new, unopened condition for a valid return.
Is there a restocking fee for repackaged items?
Yes, if the item is in brand new condition but requires repackaging, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Are shipping costs refunded for unwanted products?
No, insideFPV does not refund the shipping cost for unwanted products. It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking.
What conditions are required for returning new and unused products?
Items must be brand new with no signs of use. The packaging needs to be undamaged and fully intact, including all accessories, cables, batteries, manuals, etc. Proof with high-quality photos or a video showing the item in new condition is required.
What if the warranty seal(s) on the packaging is broken?
Warranty seal(s) need to be intact on the packaging. If the seal is broken, the return may not be accepted.
What happens if the returned item is not in new and unused condition?
If the item is returned, and it is not in new and unused condition, or if included accessories are missing, the return will not be completed. The item will be returned to the customer

How long does it take to process a return once it arrives at your facility?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
What happens after I submit a return request?
Once the return request is accepted, we will send you a return label if the product is defective. For new and unwanted items, you will need to arrange return shipping to us. A Tracking ID is required for returning new and unwanted items.
When will a refund be issued for an approved return?
A refund will be issued to the customer once the return is approved by an insideFPV representative.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders will not be canceled unless a wrong or defective product has been delivered. Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.

Does insideFPV reimburse return shipping costs?
Reimbursement for the return shipping cost applies only to the actual shipping cost or postage. It does not include the cost of shipping or packing materials.
How do I provide the Tracking ID for returning new and unwanted items?
When returning new and unwanted items, a Tracking ID is required. Please include this information when submitting your return request or provide it promptly to our customer support team.
What if the returned product is defective?

The refund process will be initiated promptly after approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your banking institution. Average duration will be between 12-13 business days.

The range of our drones varies, but on average, they can operate effectively within a range of 6 to 10 kms.
What is the average flight time of insideFPV drones?
The flight time varies depending on the model and battery configuration. On average, our FPV drones provide flight times of 30 minutes, optimized for high-speed and agile flying.
Can I fly InsideFPV drones indoors?
Yes, our drone is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, it's important to follow safety guidelines, and terms & conditions.
Do you offer customization options for your drones?
We currently offer a range of customizable features for certain models. The customization options are available on product’s web page itself
What kind of cameras do FPV drones come with?
Our drones are equipped with high-quality cameras suitable for various purposes, including 720p and 810p in analog models and 1080p and 4K in digital models for photography and videography.
