Shipping Rules when ordering from insideFPV
- In case of one or more defective products, in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.
- Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
- Order cannot be cancelled once placed.
- We ship all of our packages to the shipping agency. From there the courier is then delivered to the destination address as soon as possible. If you have any special request for shipping/packaging/courier options, please feel free to mail us.
- A Tracking ID will be privded next working day after the package has been shipped.
- Hostel Addresses are not accepted :: Because the security officials at hostels don’t allow courier delivery to pass through and the hostels may not permit the use of drones, we do not allow orders to be shipped to hostels. Please provide a proper individual address. If the shipping address is provided for college hostel & the order goes through WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.
Where is my shipment?
If you want to get an idea of the status of your product, log in to your insideFPV account and look at your order history. Each order will show if it was shipped and/or provide a tracking link, if available, given your selected shipping methods. If your order status shows shipped but you do not see tracking that means your order is packaged and will be shipped shortly. If your status is processing it means that we have received your order and will be shipping as soon as possible.
How long until my order ships?
You should plan for at least 1 business day from the time your order is placed until it is shipped. While we do our best to get all in-stick orders that are placed before 2:00pm IST shipped out on the same day, we cannot always guarantee in such a short processing time. Please also keep in mind that the number of days refers to working days, that is, Monday to Friday.
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, they’ll be delivered to you within 2-5 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location.
New and Unused Products
insideFPV offers a 7 day return policy on all new unopened equipment( not including drones), starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received have been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a 25% restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by insideFPV (It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking).
For returns on New and Unused Product, we require that items are brand new with no signs of use. Packaging needs to be undamaged and fully intact and contain included accessories, cables, batteries, manuals, etc. We require proof with high-quality photos or a high-quality video showing that item(s) is in new condition with all included accessories.
Warranty seal(s) need to be intact on the packaging.
In the case that the item(s) is returned and the condition is not in New and Unused or included accessories are missing, the return will not be completed and the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.
Returns on Plug and Fly Drones
Plug and Fly Drones built and sold by insideFPV carry a 7 day return policy incase of manufacturing defects that will be decided by insidefpv to take a action or return or replacement , if not replacement will be provided for the defects in the drone and new drone will be shipped after we receive the defected drone from the customer. In the occurrence of a malfunction, insideFPV will repair or replace it with an original or similar model. If a replacement model is not available, a refund will be issued instead. insideFPV holds the right to refuse any return which shows signs of; modification, fire/water damage, electrical short, or general misuse.

- Once the return request is accepted we will send you a return label if the returned product is defective. if the product is new and unwanted, you will need to arrange for return shipping to us. Tracking ID is required when returning new and unwanted items.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
- AN refund will be issued to the customer once approved by an insideFPV representative.
- Order will not be cancelled unless a wrong or defective product has been delivered.
All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of insideFPV. Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing material.
If an item you received from insideFPV is deemed to be inoperable or faulty (“Faulty Item”) due to a manufacturing defect, insideFPV may replace or repair that item at its sole discretion, if it is deemed by insideFPV that the fault is indeed due to a manufacturing defect and not user misuse including construction error. insideFPV will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of the Faulty Item. As an example, if a video transmitter you received from insideFPV is faulty and becomes inoperable during flight causing you to lose your airframe, insideFPV may replace the faulty video transmitter, but not any other equipment such as the airframe that might have been lonst and/or damaged dur to the faulty video transmitter.

Once approved for CANCELLATION we will require bank details/UPI for refund. The invoice amount minus the CCAVENUE CHARGES shall be refunded.
